Board Room

The Board Room offers an exceptional space for meetings for groups up to twenty (16 chairs around table and 4 extra chairs on the side). Sit around a stunning 19 foot nearly 300-year-old burr oak tree table in a first floor accessible room, with lots of natural light.

Amenities include: TV screen and remote to use with personal device, Aux/HDMI connection, adapters, webcam, phone, white board, option to request use of part of the Den with your rental.

Meeting Rooms Usage Policy

Reservations and payment for the Board Room must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Once you have submitted your request, library staff will follow up by email to confirm.
