Hiking the Camino de Santiago

Tuesday, July 11, 2017 - 7:00pm to 8:30pm

The Camino de Santiago (English: St. James's Way) is a pilgrimage of dozens of routes across western Europe that all end in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. In the fall of 2014, Rebecca Thering walked the "Camino Francés" (the French Way), which is the most traveled route, running 500 miles across Spain from east to west. Come and join us to learn about the logistics of a month-long walk (packing, the pilgrim passport, accommodation, etc.), find out what an average day is like, hear stories from the Camino, and to ask any questions you may have.
