Join Dick Campbell & Jim Rosenberger, members of the Lewis & Clark Trail Heritage Foundation, as they share the story of one of the greatest American events of exploration and discovery, which occurred over 200 years ago. It is focused on the Corps of Discovery’s trip from 1803 - 1806, and takes the audience along the Expedition Trail, through word and power-point pictures, as followed for an 18-day trip in 2003, traveling with a tour bus group, from St Louis, MO to Astoria, OR, a distance of over 3,000 miles. This is an amazing story of an extraordinary saga, from its visionary spark in Thomas Jefferson’s mind to the expedition itself, with all of its hardships and adventures.
