Strategies for Social Security and Retirement Income

This class is designed to help accomplish the most prevalent goal among retirees — to not run out of money. It is imperative to learn the various options for filing for benefits and how to maximize them. This class will also help determine retirement income needs, and introduce options on structuring income in retirement.

The Retirement Classroom is an organization of financial and insurance professionals that provides free educational classes at public libraries around the state. Their target demographic is individuals in the range from 10 years pre-retirement through retirement, as well as any friends or family members who may be assisting with decision making.

The Retirement Classroom's classes are completely educational and not a solicitation of any products, services, or companies. The Retirement Classroom commits itself to preparing today's retirees to be confident and well-informed in the planning and implementation of their retirement strategies and aspirations.
