Rebecca has taught mindful awareness through yoga for 12 years (RYT 200), and began teaching mindfulness and stress management techniques in her community and in schools after training with Mindful Schools in 2013. Rebecca is a physical therapist in Lodi School District and brings 18 years of study and practice to her current work. She is the co founder of Mindful Being and has designed a curriculum to infuse mindfulness into the educational system. She lives in Waunakee with her husband and has 3 children, ages 5, 8, and 11yrs, that keep her mindful practice vibrant.
