Library Cards

The Waunakee Public Library will issue a library card free of charge to any Waunakee resident.  We will also accept an application for a card from any resident of Adams, Dane, Columbia, Green, Portage, Sauk or Wood counties.  Identification with name and current address is required to apply for a card.  Parents must sign for children under the age of 18.

You are responsible for material borrowed using your library card, including material borrowed by others unless you report your card lost.  The fee to replace a lost card is $1.

You must have your card or a photo I.D. to borrow materials.
