This hour long class will go over the basics for finding success in your home baking.Tyson Foshay, a veteran industry baker at Madison Sourdough Bakery, demonstrates the four parts of making bread: The weigh out and proper mixing technique of ingredients, building of dough strength during the bulk fermentation, proper shaping technique, and finally scoring and baking of the dough. After the demonstration there will be time for some Q&A and you will receive the recipe made with step by step directions to try at home. There will be samples of some yummy Madison Sourdough Bread!
